The Traveler

In the heart of a Pacific Northwest storm, a weary traveler seeks refuge in an old  abandoned schoolhouse along a desolate highway. As the night unfolds, the man becomes entangled in the mysterious whispers of the forsaken place. Battling the freezing elements, he leaves behind only whispers of his presence.  The Traveler is a chilling tale of isolation and the haunting remnants of those who vanish.

I am the Tree

I am the Tree was born from some of the footage I couldn't quite fit into Summer (below). Needless to say this additional footage was not enough and it slowly grew into its own huge project. This was shot mostly in Olympic National Park and the surrounding area.

Summer

We found this story and it became the inspiration for the film Summer. We never thought making mudpies could be so, well....you be the judge.

Snapshot

For decades, some have seen snapshots as simple, quick, unpolished captures without artistic intent. But this perception misses the true power behind these photos. Far from meaningless, snapshots are windows into real, unfiltered moments of emotion and experience telling stories far deeper than they appear. In this short film, we challenge the myth of the snapshot, revealing how these candid images, both past and present, preserve the richness of life’s fleeting moments and give voice to everyday human narratives.

Alone

Alright, so there's this woman out on a hike along the West Coast Trail on Vancouver Island, you know, the area they call the Graveyard of the Pacific. And guess what? She starts thinking she's seeing the ghost of an old ship captain! But here's the twist - she's all torn up inside, not sure if she's actually seeing something supernatural or if it's just her mind messing with her. Talk about a mind bender.

Lady of the Lake

DALL·E 2023-12-28 11_edited.jpg

You’ve seen the headlines. Maybe a blog post, a true-crime segment, a documentary clip. The Lady of the Lake—murdered, mysterious, pulled from the depths.

But not like this. You haven’t heard it told like this before.

In the summer of 1940, a woman’s body surfaced in Lake Crescent, deep in the wilderness of Olympic National Park. Cold. Preserved. Unclaimed.

She became a name in the papers. A whisper. A ghost wrapped in facts and speculation.

The Water Remembers – Hallie’s Story is a poetic blend of haunting realism and subtle imagery—where the still, glass-like waters of the lake meet the shadowy pines and mist, and each frame reflects a story of time held in suspension. A film that gives voice to what history left unsaid, captured in quiet, timeless visuals.

The lake remembers. And some secrets rise.

Coming Soon — The Water Remembers – Hallie’s Story

Voiced by Nicola Fordwood as Hallie and Joshua DePriest as Monty. With an introduction by John Daniels Jr.
